IBE Electronics has multiple locations across the globe, strategically located to serve customers in different regions. They have facilities in China, the United States, and Vietnam.

What are the hours of business?

Our office hours are 9:00am to 6:00pm. However, our online services and engineering team are available 7*24H, our manufacturing factory operates 24 hours a day.

How can I get a quote?

You can submit an inquiry via email(service@ibe.com.vn) or website, our sales team will contact and quote you within 24hours.

What is your core service – prototype or production PCBs?

Both. We have a dedicated facility and advanced equipment to deal with PCB (PCBA) prototype orders, and we have separate production lines (14 SMT lines ,6 Dip lines，wave soldering process,4 product assembly production workshop,Lab ) to deal with mass production with fast lead time.

If need re-order another batch PCBA, should I send the files again?

No. we will keep your projects data on our inner system, so no need to send us the files again just provide the project name in your purchase order.

What’s file formats we should upload for PCB?

The standard files we accept is Gerber files (RS274X format). However, we also can accept Altium Designer/DXP/Eagle format.

What information(files) needed to get a quote?

PCB design files (Gerber, NC drill data, technical specification, etc.)

BOM (include part manufacturer and P/N, designators, etc.)

Assembly drawings

Pick &Place file (Centroid file)
